Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers discover the Nespresso brand, whether by proposing new products related to their interests, conducting various transactions, or developing new customers through clear explanations of the various products.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in customer service (luxury industry, an asset)
- Excellent command of French, and professional English is a great asset.
- Ability to work in a team
- Easy to adapt quickly to different types of customers and offer them personalized service
- Punctuality and exemplary assiduity
