Responsibilities
Direct supervision of Revenue department activities:
Ensure timely invoicing of passenger, charter, cargo and miscellaneous sales;
Ensure timely processing of refunds and credit notes;
Supervision of sales reports and cash receipts processing;
Direct supervision of Finance Sales Reports section;
Assist in month-ends, year ends, as well as, annual audits;
Assist with and monitor procedures, documentation and controls;
Other special projects as required by the Controller.
Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Strong knowledge of accounting cycle;
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance preferred;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role;
Strong knowledge of invoicing systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O would be considered as an asset)
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
