Responsibilities
Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.
Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency
Qualifications
Experience with disaster recovery
10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment
Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata Reports
Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and Implementation
Knowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documents
10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements
10+ years of system testing, integration testing experience
Demonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick up new technologies quickly
Extensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit, integration and UAT testing while working directly with clients
Proven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and interpretation of business needs into system design requirements.
Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test
