Responsibilities
Leads the elicitation, elaboration, analysis and validation of business requirements and data needs
Plans and facilitates workshops to gather requirements and create user stories
Provide support during the design, implementation and testing phases of the project
Supports the product manager and product owner to refine and groom the product backlog
Analyze business requirements to identify solution options or improvements
Works with the developers to align business requirements with solution capabilities
Report progress on deliverables on a regular basis at stand-ups, and other team meetings as required
Proactively raise risks/issues and propose mitigation strategies
Conduct feasibility analysis, scoping and provide work estimates on user stories
Conduct Joint Requirements Planning and Joint Application Design sessions
Analyze and map processes / data for current state and future state
Review and provide feedback of technical design documents
Conducts product walkthroughs / demonstrations at the end of each sprint cycle
Facilitate and produce Sprint artefacts as required
