Responsibilities
- Conduct, assess, evaluate and document stakeholder interests and business needs
- Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
- Create, review, provide input and support of Enterprise Architecture artifacts for all checkpoints as needed Assist with system and user interface design and modifications (data & screen) as required
- Review all test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establish traceability matrix to monitor output Assist testing team in the resolution of test defects
- Ensure alignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Services’ processes and standards
- Research and document comparisons of existing Ontario Government, or COTS systems that will meet the client requirements
- The consultant resource will interface directly with the program area staff and management and is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction related to the contracted work items

Qualifications
- Business Analysis
- Business Architecture
- Senior Knowledge/Experience of Technology Projects - .NET, Cloud Technologies
- Previous OPS/JTS experience is an asset
- Recent experience as the lead or primary Business Analyst on large I&IT projects
- Extensive experience with business process analysis and modelling
- Extensive experience in development of requirements, facilitating Business Process ·
- Reengineering sessions and feasibility studies
- Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
- Conduct, assess, evaluate and document stakeholder interests and business needs
- Experience in the last 5 years developing business architecture artifacts for Row 1 (Conceptual) and Row 2 (Logical)
- Experience in the last 5 years working on projects using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework), MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Java / Oracle, Team Foundation Server, proficiency in use of MS Office 2010 or later software suite
- Excellent communication skills; experience planning and leading JAD sessions and workshops with stakeholders
- Previous experience in the last 5 years working as a Business Analyst on application development projects in the OPS or similar enterprise environment
