Responsibilities
What you'd get to do:
- A company with no competition in the market! All you'll have to do is make cold calls to an already well-established customer database to maintain relationships, introduce new products or renew orders.
- Identify decision-makers among targeted prospects to start the sales process.
- Contact potential customers by telephone (2h per day)
- Prepare and send information packs / proposals to potential buyers
- Understand customer needs and send proposals / quotes
--Perform administrative tasks, such as managing customer files.
- Participate in the promotion and marketing of processes by contributing innovative ideas.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Telephone sales experience
- Solid call center or B2B sales experience
- Bilingual (ENG-FR) (head office and training are in Toronto)
- Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Resourceful.
- The work is done over the phone, so outgoing call experience is a must.
