Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be

• Collect the business needs of the company's various stakeholders in order to translate them into operational functionalities
• Documentation / mapping / process mapping
• Communication with external suppliers
• Participate in the writing of business processes and functional requirements
• Participate in the API production, testing and deployment phases
• Setting up reports and dashboards in Salesforce

Qualifications
Diploma in technology or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst
Expertise in Salesforce integration
Knowledge of RestAPI
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience in the financial industry (Asset)
Salesforce Certification (Asset)
