Sanitation supervisior NIGHT SHIFT

The Sanitation supervisior is responsible for training and managing the night shift team. You will oversee organizing the cleaning of facilities and equipment in the production area. You will also be responsible for pre-operational checks, and mechanical inspections and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates work schedules to manage workload for overall efficiency
- Ensures cleaning deadlines are met
- Trains new hires and conducts performance reviews
- Enforces time and systems standards
- Tracks improvement plans, monitors indicators and reports regularly on progress targets


Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience managing a sanitation team or equivalent
- Relevant experience with industrial maintenance
- Good organization problem solving skills
- Identify priorities and put in place appropriate solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be in good physical form
