Responsibilities
- Execute detailed testing of SAP FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve issues within the SAP environment.
- Design and implement test cases for key financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance SAP configurations and improve system performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of testing activities, results, and any defects identified, ensuring transparency and traceability.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of testing experience in General Finance, with a depth of knowledge in SAP Accounts Receivables
- Specific knowledge of key SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) processes for receivables management including invoicing, payments, cancellations, collections, interest calculations, GL integrations, etc.
- Specific knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing processes within the SAP BRIM solution including billable item management, billing invoicing, account determination, master agreement processes and integrations
- A hands-on ‘can do’ attitude
- A self-starter who is confident working within a cross functional team without direct supervision
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Carta Porte processes established by the Mexico government to better track cargo, streamline customs and audit processes, and combat fraudulent activities
- Fluency in Spanish would be desirable, but not required
- Work must be performed in North American time zone to collaborate with other team members
