As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and work orders to ensure a smooth production flow. This role includes coordinating order entry and material requirements planning to support production needs while maintaining effective inventory control for finished goods. You will also serve as the ISO Lead Auditor, coordinating internal audits and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Additionally, you will provide general support for production tasks as needed. This position requires a strong understanding of raw materials, production methods, and capacity, as well as familiarity with the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Duties:
•Handle all orders and order inquiries, entering them into the system for production review.
•Requisition of raw materials based on order requirements.
•Assist Physical Distribution with material needs and strive for just-in-time inventory.
•Prepare and issue the weekly production schedule in consultation with the Production Manager.
•Attend weekly scheduling meetings to compile delivery requirements and prepare the production schedule.
•Maintain ISO documents and data.
•Coordinate and oversee internal audits, and report on findings.
•Schedule new work orders and verify the open purchase order report against the schedule.
•Arrange for samples to be processed alongside similar products.
•Process orders from Kuri Tec Corp. via Electronic Data Interface, complete purchase orders, run MRP reports, and release orders to the schedule.
•Organize, input, and print production and compound reports.
•Communicate any schedule changes to relevant personnel.
•Coordinate and assist with month-end inventory.
Qualifications
Requirements:
•Post-secondary education with a focus on manufacturing planning and scheduling.
•3+ years of direct experience in scheduling within a manufacturing environment is preferred
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated capability to work effectively with other departments.
•Follow all procedures pertaining to ISO.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
•Experience with MRP for capacity planning and production line loading
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applicable software applications (CMS).
•Forklift certification
•Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
•Experience with inventory control
•Excellent attendance record.
