Responsibilities
Experience and Role Accountabilities
• A minimum three (3) years of combined working experience in technical project management, application testing and packaging, leading teams through scrum and agile processes, or equivalent.
• Facilitate development teams through the agile and scrum processes by leading development activities, discussions, and conflict resolutions, helping to successfully expedite and complete solutions development to support business operations and projects in achievingour organizational objectives.
• Create, implement, and deliver application test strategies and plans by monitoring application readiness, tracking defects, evaluating test results, and interfacing with the packaging and deployment teams to prioritize applications and confirm their readiness while adhering to standards and guidelines.
• Create, implement, and deliver application remediation plans by collaborating with the IT application groups, support partners, external vendors, and the project team to determine remediation path, identify decisions that need to be made, review remediation estimates, and prioritize work to ensure application operability in the new environment.
• Maintain the application inventory to keep the organization informed on which applications support critical business processes and needs to be prioritized, which applications can possibly reduce costs, and which applications needs to be monitored constantly in order to mitigate risks.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders by communicating progress of solution development, issues, and resolutions to enable completion of applications safely, with quality, within budget and on time.
• Provide ongoing guidance and expertise on the agile and scrum processes to functional, technical, and consulting teams as required to continuously build mobile development capability
Qualifications
- Introduce and implement scrum and agile processes to the analytics teams.
- Lead data & analytics teams through the transition to DevOps
- Support the product owner and write epics and stories

- Proven experience to lead teams through change
Summary
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master certification, an asset
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of project management methodologies
• Advanced skills in complex infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft technology stack and system software
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoke
