Responsibilities
Accounting Cycle Management: Handle the entire operational accounting cycle for a portfolio of customers, ensuring rigorous and comprehensive management.
Supervision and Coordination: Manage accounting teams, coordinate tasks and ensure that budgets and deadlines are respected, in order to guarantee an efficient service that meets expectations.
Bookkeeping Compliance: Ensure bookkeeping compliance with current accounting standards, resolving any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial data.
File Review: Regularly review files and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to teams and inform management of the progress of projects and mandates in real time.
Support for Internal Audits: Provide support for internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate standards and requirements.
Customer Relations and Consulting: Build strong relationships with customers, keep them informed of accounting and regulatory developments, and provide advice tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrate good judgment, professionalism and discretion;
Good analytical skills;
Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit;
Ability to travel to customer sites (valid driver's license required);
Demonstrate great adaptability;
Appreciate a paperless environment;
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
Availability and flexibility;
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
