Responsibilities
- Full cycle of head office payables and receivables
- Audit of Expense Reports
- Verification of expense entries
- Reconciliation of receipts and taxes
- Ensure error-free coding
- Match submission totals to statement totals
- Prepare inter-company billing
- Communicates with the Treasurer and the Vice President of Accounting for any problems with
accounts.
- Performs bank reconciliations to manage and balance accounts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President of Accounting.
Qualifications
- DEC in accounting
- 3 to 5 years experience in accounting
- Bilingual (mroe or less)
- Knowledge of Excel
-must have intercompany experience
