Responsibilities
·Collaborate with Canadian customers to optimize their utilization of information systems.
·Work with the manager and team to improve existing JDE HCM/Payroll solutions.
·Gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive user documentation.
·Identify software bugs, conduct research, and provide recommendations for resolutions in coordination with teams and customers.
·Support the analysis, planning, testing, and deployment of software patches and upgrades.
Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent.
·Fluent in written and oral French and English.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience with JDE Payroll/HCM, with a solid understanding of Quebec Payroll processes and regulations.
·Familiarity with US and Canadian payroll reporting, year-end requirements (T4, Releve 1, ROE, W2, ACA), benefits, and pension rules.
·Ability to analyze trends to improve support processes and user training.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite and application support.
