As a Senior Customer Relations Representative, your responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer service through managing inbound calls and emails from diverse stakeholders.
Upholding professionalism and adhering to established service standards.
Staying informed about company policies and effectively communicating policy changes to clients.
Collaborating with other service divisions to maintain a high level of customer service.
Participating in meetings with management to enhance service levels.
Advocating for transformation and modernization initiatives.
Contributing to excellence by actively participating in special projects and tasks.
Qualifications
For the role of Senior Customer Relations Representative, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
Bilingualism in both French and English is required for this role.
Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer service independently from a home office, demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and prior experience.
A minimum of 2 years of diversified, front-line customer service experience, preferably within the financial, economic, business administration or banking services sector.
A minimum of a post-secondary education required (DES)
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in adapting to emerging and evolving technologies
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to plan, execute, and follow up on tasks and requests promptly.
