Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor budget performance.
- Conduct financial forecasting and KPI analysis for strategic planning.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with standards.
- Analyze cost structures and implement cost control measures.
- Assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
