Responsibilities
Responsible for contracts interpretation and interacts with internal and external land stakeholders. Leads and oversees various aspects of land rights acquisition; ensures that documentation is produced accurately in a timely manner according to applicable corporate policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Identifies requirements and potential issues on land acquisition programs and makes recommendations and decisions to mitigate risks. May oversee, coach and/or direct the work of junior and intermediate land administrators.
