Responsibilities
- Handling customers requests for export and import needs for international shipments
- Preparing and helping with all export and import documents and customs duties
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Coordination between customers and worldwide agents
- Communication with airlines / ship lines and local carriers, negotiate the rates
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and carriers
- Become the team leader down the road!!!
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 year in logistics, ocean and air experience needed
- Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations
- Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingualism is a must
