Senior Manager, IT Operations Infrastructure and DevOps

Hybrid role in office 2-3 days per week - location West end of City
Combination role of Infrastructure and DevOps

Responsibilities
Lead, monitor, manage everything from infrastructure to DevOps to vendor management, people management

Qualifications
A bachelors degree in computer science, information manager or equivalent combination of experience.
 ITIL 4 certification would be an asset.
 A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a senior management level role in IT.
 Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a successful team of IT professionals.
 A minimum of 5+ years AWS Cloud experience.
 A minimum of 3+ years maintaining network systems.
 A minimum of 3+ years maintaining Oracle databases.
 A minimum of 5+ years managing DevOps teams.
o Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
 Solid understanding of ITIL practices.
 Expert verbal and written communications kills; stakeholder management; problem solving and influencing skills.
 Expert data-driven decisions-making skills.
 An ability to manage ambiguity.

Summary
We are presently recruiting for a Senior IT Operations Manager - Infrastructure and DevOps. In this role you will lead a team in designing, implementing and managing the cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure and improve the DevOps engineering practice.
