- Maintain a constant regulatory watch to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory developments.

- Take the necessary steps to prevent confidentiality incidents from occurring and recurring, as the case may be, in particular by keeping a register of confidentiality incidents.
- Manage requests and complaints relating to the protection of personal data, ensuring that they are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
- Notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned of a confidentiality incident that could cause serious harm.
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of company personnel throughout the personal information life cycle.
- Develop and deliver internal training on data protection best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, in particular the infrastructure team, to implement the necessary measures to secure IT systems.
