Equipment and Maintenance: Assist with tracking crane fleet maintenance and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Customer Interaction: Provide basic quotes and ensure customer needs are met from start to finish, contributing to business development efforts.
Administrative Support: Create and manage job records, timesheets, and schedules; scan and file necessary documentation.
Site Visits: Periodically travel to assist with branch coverage and engage with both current and potential customers.
Safety: Uphold safety standards as the top priority.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications or education is an asset.
Experience: Experience in dispatch or estimating is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
