Responsibilities
-Demonstrate a willingness to take the time to learn about the products and services and services offered, and a desire to take advantage of the training opportunities offered by the company.
-Demonstrate product knowledge in all areas of the business, including remediation, restoration, general security and thermal imaging.
-Support the Branch Manager in the execution of the annual and monthly operating plan.
Work cooperatively and support all internal partners (operations, internal and external sales teams) and internal and external sales teams) and contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales and annual sales and operations objectives.
-Follow up on all new and existing customer orders, including the
determining customer needs, assisting in product selection, up-selling, advising on monthly promotions, and
advice on monthly promotions, order entry and fulfillment, and researching products from other sources
-Make sure all stock is accurate in warehouse and coordinate with outside sales team. Inventory aspect along with warehouse verification of skus may be required.
- Support the warehouse, including receiving, stocking and picking (may require heavy lifting) may be required to lift heavy loads (50lbs)).
-Outbound calls to customers and prospects to support the branch's ability to achieve its objectives
-Support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members with price discrepancies price, shipping or account discrepancies in a timely manner and set up the credit card
the credit card terminal on a daily basis.
-Review open and back orders on a daily basis, follow up on back orders with suppliers follow-up on back orders with suppliers, if applicable, and ensure that the customer receives their
customer receives their products in a timely manner.
-Invoice and file packing slips
-Maintain the showroom and office in a ready condition.
-Any other project or function as required.
Qualifications
2-4 ears experience in an office setting
Proven self-starter and team player
Knowledge of the sanitation, food service, construction or general safety industries
general safety is considered an asset.
Experience in administration
Knowledge of retail sales and strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Excellent attention to detail
Post-secondary education preferred
