Responsibilities
-Resolve any issues which may arise during production or repair work, using technical resources and problem solving skills.
-Coordinating production jobs with engineers
-identify any technical errors to prevent issues and delays before it gets released to the shop.
-Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
-Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
-Assist clients with living independently in their own homes
-Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records
-Being the primary contact with the customer from taking on new repairs, service
inquiries and commissioning jobs to closing and ending the projects.
-Quoting out the commissioning and repair jobs to the clients and offering potential solution options to resole their issues.
-Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
-Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvement
Qualifications
-Previous experience as service coordinator or technical inside sales
-Experience working in Hydraulics or knowledge is preferred
-Ability to analyze components of industrial hydraulic systems
-Eager to learn and advance within the organization.
-Excellent multitasking abilities, with effective task prioritization.
-Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
