Responsibilities
-Greet customers as soon as they enter the department.
-Make appointments, welcome customers and validate needs
-Opening work orders
-Open work orders for each SAAQ inspection, branch and road.
-A rigorous follow-up must be carried out with the foreman as well as with the customer, especially when there are
changes in repairs and work
-Monitor credit limits of customers with accounts who have a truck under repair.
-Discuss SAAQ requirements with customers
-Receiving, checking and closing work orders
-Check technicians' reports for each operation and record summary in remarks
-Plan vehicle movements to suppliers.
-Perform data entry (Hino HPP site, warranty claims, SAAQ, etc.) and filing of all documents
-Reconcile SAAQ stickers and maintain register
-Any other related duties requested by the immediate manager.
Qualifications
-French & English written/spoken fluently
-Interest in and/or experience with mechanics (asset)
-Computer skills: Office suite and service software
-Responsible, reliable and resourceful
-Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
-Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
