Service Coordinator - Niagara

Advantages

- $21 - $23/hour based on experience

Responsibilities
- Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow -up and response on all service & equipment requests/inquiries
- Promptly process customer equipment orders according to established guidelines
- Performs equipment purchasing, follow-up, and expediting duties to ensure customer deliveries are met
- Coordinate equipment installations in advance with field service technicians and sales reps
- Monitor customer returns with Sales Reps, and promptly process customer credits when required
- Assist with warranty/exchange tracking and reconciliation
- Assist with parts requests and orders
- Accurately enter data into Excel and internal ERP system
- Following directions of various departments to aid with administration
- Addiitonal administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in administration/customer service in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate Excel skills, including v-lookup is required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office, intermediate Excel skills is required
- Experience with ERP is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Willing to float within various departments and pick up extra administrative duties
- Attention to detail while performing data entry
