Our public Sector client requires a Service Desk analysts (Technical Analysts) to join their team for an initial 6 month contract starting mid-January 2022
These people will work on-site in downtown Toronto to provide support to their user community.
DUTIES:
•Image computer – laptop & desktop
•Perform computer memory upgrade

•Packing computers for shipments
•Update & manage computer inventory
•Inspect & clean (if require) the returned computer
•Troubleshoot and diagnose computer issues
•Work with ServiceDesk to resolve imaging & computer issues
Advantages
- This position requires on-site attendance 5 days a week
- There is a potential to renew after the initial 6 month contract
- Easy access to office via public transit ( subway)
- working core business hours during the week ( typically between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM)

oITIL experience
oMD-100 certification (Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator: Windows 10)
