Our client is seeking a skilled Service Officer II for a long term role. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
This is a hybrid positions with 2-3 days in office.
Pay rate: $19.81/h
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm - Hybrid 2 in office days Wednesday & Thursdays

Processing client transaction
Input data in different systems
New account openings and set ups
Sending out to notification to partners
Setting up fees on different systems for different LOB’s
Managing generic inbox and tools.

MUST HAVE:
Back office banking/ FI experience
Ms outlook experience ( excel, word, pp)
Time mgmt
Attention to detail
Strong communication
NICE TO HAVE:
Some of knowledge Macro’s
TD experience
