Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the service technician - forklift position:
Travel to clients' locations to respond to service calls
Repair forklifts
Fill out order forms and handle billing
Work independently
Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications
The qualifications for the service technician - forklift position:
DEP in electromechanics/mechanics of light and heavy vehicles or related experience
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical maintenance, or any related field
Valid driver's license
Experience as a service technician or in customer service (Asset)
Bilingual
