Responsibilities
- Receive products from shipping containers and delivery trucks
- Verify quantities received and accompanying documents
- Manage damaged products
- Forward products to other branches
- Contact suppliers as required
- Follow procedures, know the products offered in your department and to other departments
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards and procedures
- Other duties as required by the shipping/receiving clerk
Qualifications
- Professional with good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a shipping/receiving clerk
- Relevant retail experience
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs loads
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills in French
- Comfortable working with computer systems
- You work well in a team as well as independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
