Responsibilities
- As a part of the HR team, you will actively participate in full-cycle recruitment across a variety of both clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Full-cycle recruitment: post and screen applicants, set up interviews (both virtual and in-person), coordinate with internal Hiring Managers, conduct references, ensure that all required documents are completed before onboarding.
- Offer input, guidance and expertise to develop and create a streamlined recruitment process.
- Update job postings, explore external opportunities for posting roles, assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Work collaboratively with internal Hiring Managers to better understand their needs and support their recruitment.
- Though networking and recruitment, develop a pipeline of candidates for upcoming opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have direct healthcare recruitment experience (including clinical and non-clinical roles).
- At least three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (must be in healthcare).
- Strong understanding of best practices for recruitment; the ability to create processes for the recruitment process.
- Previous experience managing people is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to be on-site (downtown Toronto), a minimum of three days a week.
