The Supply Chain Executive role will support Supply Chain planning and logistics areas, identifying improvement, optimization, and process automation opportunities. Work with a problem-solving mindset to develop and implement supply chain plans to overcome regulatory changes. Manage the relationship with key stakeholders to define and ensure the implementation of the supply chain solution for key Business projects. Keep tracking of operational performance, ensuring full projects delivery and providing on time visibility. Contribute to the improvement of the distribution, logistics and planning performance by supporting the 4PL partner’s daily operations.

Responsibilities
• Support distribution and logistics service quality with key stakeholders.
• Support decision making by generating data analysis
• Contribute to the improvement of the distribution, logistics and planning performance in USA and Canada.
• Ensure Excellence in execution on the processes and WoW defined together with the other areas of the organization.
• Deliver Logistics and planning commitments on time.
• SLA definition and measure of performance
• Prepare High Level Reports to give visibility about the progress on the projects and activities to management team.
• Capable of identifying and escalating concerns on time.
• Project Budget tracking
• Support supply chain planning activities, running scenarios, evaluating risks, managing master data
• Create user friendly reports to support decision making
• Translate raw data into business-oriented reports
• Identify process automation opportunities and work on an implementation plan together with IDT
• Implement together with the team, productivity initiatives already addressed and identifying new cost reduction and optimization ideas, following up until full implementation.
• Orient the external providers and internal stakeholders towards the company's objectives.
• Influence the decision making for the benefit of the company by looking at the bigger picture to ensure a sustainable Supply Chain is guarantee.
• Improve Supply Chain service level to our key stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCGs and/or consumer supply chain experience managing planning processes
