Responsibilities:
•Proactively identify and source top talent through various channels including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals.
•Conducts initial candidate assessment and screenings to ensure a strong match with the job requirements.
•Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a solid talent pipeline for current and future open roles within the organization.
•Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners to enhance and execute a strategic recruiting plan, ensuring alignment within the organization focusing on attracting and hiring a diverse and talented group of people.
•Guide and advise hiring managers on recruiting, sourcing, and screening processes, consults on hiring decisions and offers to candidates.
•Engage managers with hiring and employment data around candidate pipeline availability, market compensation trends, sourcing, interview, and selection tools.
•Develop a recruitment strategy focused on job posting optimization, recruiting marketing development, digital and non-digital social media marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
•Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, role and culture fit, and salary requirements.
•Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for management reference or ad hoc reporting.
•Create an exceptional experience for all candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularly.
•Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning efforts in identifying future talent needs.
•Develop a strategy to drive improvement of the candidate experience and manage candidate communities.
•Act as a culture champion helping build upon our existing culture and crate an engaging talent attraction experience for all potential candidates.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•An Associate or Bachelor's degree is required.
•At least 5 years of experience in strategic talent acquisition role is required. Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry is preferred.
•Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including requirements for federal contractors (e.g., OFCCP compliance).
•Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and practical experience with recruitment tools including applicant tracking system(s), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
•Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven record of collaboration cross-functionally.
•Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with a consistent record of delivering results.
•Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
•Proficiency with MS Office, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing is preferred.
•Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, local and provincial employment laws and regulations.
