•Act as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for the talent development team supporting the launch of training content and programs

•Coordinate the use of Percipio as a development tool for employees
•Coordinate the communication and launch of the annual Performance Development tool (Success Factors)

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Talent Management initiatives as required for the broader department. Such programs may include diversity, organizational development, compliance, or technology enablement.
•Support new employee onboarding during orientation events and through assignment of LMS courses and training plans for various roles.
•Participate in Talent Development projects to support our initiatives
•Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to collaborate with other business partners
•Celebrate diversity of thought and have an open mindset
Responsibilities
Who you are…
•You hold a Human Resources, Business Administration or Education diploma, degree or relevant experience
•You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages through presentations and one on one interactions
•You have an understanding of adult learning principles
•You value customer service and have a solutions oriented attitude
•You have the ability to complete and deliver work assignments in accordance with project deadlines and business expectations
Qualifications
•You possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
•You possess a high level of initiative and accountability
•You possess the ability to work independently, be self-directed, be adaptable and flexible
•You have excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
•You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
•Ability to travel (5% Cdn) and (5% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
