Responsibilities
-Working with Excel to create documents and charts that will be used to establish operational procedures.
- Purchasing & Order Desk (Answering phone calls, taking customer orders over the phone or email) and process orders using our CRM and ERP systems.
-Revising orders as needed.
- Providing Shop Supervisor production documents.
- Arranging freight for deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
-Contact point for shipping and receiving paperwork.
-Upsell and cross sell to existing customers and build new customers as well by providing excellent service
-Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide customer service to various requests but not limited to order entry,billing, order maintenance, credits, claims, pricing.
-Communicating with customers and clients by making calls after sales to help with any inquiries. Answering existing and potential customers' questions and sending additional information
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Staying informed about competing markets and keeping management informed.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
-Assist warehouse team with shipping and receiving
-create invoice and help customers on location or over phone
- Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Related Diploma/Degree
-Inside sales experience or order desk in hydralaucis industry, manufacturing or automotive
- Ability to develop long term relationships and generate referrals from your customers with exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
-Valid class 5 driver license
