Responsibilities
Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
Experience with Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design,
and data science representatives
A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker
Define and enforce a governance framework to select what is in the portfolio, ensuring the proper visibility and
approvals are in place.
Regularly review project progress, performance against targets, and any deviations, and send progress reports to
stakeholders and executive management.
Generate audience-specific deliverables, rollup views, and messaging.
Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to build and execute against program roadmap.
Work directly with external technology providers, customers or partners depending on requirements.
Make connections (to people and/or technologies) and ensure the right people are part of the conversation at the right
time.
Focus on the larger business and technology picture (i.e., customer experience, processes, opportunities, and/or
problems to be solved).
Manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, communicate program status and keep the scope of
engineering efforts under control.
Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., “Path to green”), and escalating
appropriately.
Deeply understand the operational, business and technical requirements of the solutions being built and drive the
right outcomes.
Qualifications
10+ years in technology
5+ years of project management or scrum master experience.
Engineering or Data Background
Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
Proven experience with managing global teams with DevOps practices.
Retail experience with knowledge in enterprise systems.
Experience in agile/enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Zoom, MS Teams.
Preferred Scrum Master certification.
