Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Act as first point of contact and respond to L1 and L2 support requests from company users;
• Ensure the reliability, efficiency, performance and security of the IT equipment in collaboration with the IT director;
• Travel to the company's different locations during team meetings, once a month;
• Ensure the preparation of workstations for new employees of the company and other peripherals;
• Contribute to development projects for the company's multi-site network architecture;
• Maintain the IT inventory and knowledge bank up to date.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following technical knowledge:
• 2 years of minimum experience as an IT technician / helpdesk;
• Knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, GPO, etc.;
• Knowledge of M365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Azure, etc.);
• Knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc.;
• Bilingual (French and English);
• Demonstrate solid autonomy;
• Have a car and a valid driving license.
