Technology Program Management Support

Responsibilities
-Lead project teams by mobilizing resources, tailoring delivery methodology, preparing gate reviews, and ensuring project readiness to support business objectives.
-Plan, direct, and report on IT projects or the IT aspect of business projects, monitoring project benefits, resources, and status. Create project documents such as charters, management plans, schedules, risk logs, financial reports, and completion reports.
-Manage project activities including scoping, planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting using analytical thinking, coaching, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
-Progress project schedules, manage change, and escalate issues by focusing on desired outcomes, modifying plans, and seeking advice from stakeholders.
-Manage all aspects of project delivery, including vendor teams, to promote optimal technology awareness and utilization.
-Maintain stakeholder relationships through regular reporting and communication, using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to ensure timely project progression.

Qualifications
- A minimum nine (9) years of IT project management experience in application or infrastructure technologies in a complex enterprise environment or equivalent.
- Experience on large technology transformation programs
- Experience working with third party systems integrators
- Experience with project scheduling and handling multiple in-flight initiatives
- Experience with using JIRA and/or Oracle Primavera P6
- Experience with Earned Value tracking

Summary
Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager Level 2 to lead and deliver medium to high-risk IT projects or the IT component of business projects. Responsible for ensuring project success through cross-functional team leadership, adherence to project management principles, and on-time, within-budget delivery. Minimum of nine years of IT project management experience in complex enterprise environments or equivalent required.
