This role involves maintaining and growing existing business relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and effectively selling high-value solutions to engineers and corporate officers. Previous experience within HVAC is a bonus but we will train the right person that wants to win. LEED Certification is also great but not required. We are looking for a new team member to help manage the business relationships we have build and add to them. The territory is loaded with potential but requires someone that meets these criteria;

-Makes good decisions for long term business and does not cut corners.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: If you're not willing to meet new people this is not the right role for you.
-Actively pursue new business accounts by generating sales leads
-Follow up through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
-Find creative and fun ways to open new doors for business and relationships.
Sales:
-Sell products or services at a premium price point by presenting a strong value proposition
-Offer technical solutions to clients. (If you can learn we will teach you everything you need to know)
Quotation Management:
-Prepare and manage price quotations,
-Maintain an organized quote log.
Customer Service:
-Address and resolve product or service issues by handling customer complaints
-Select appropriate solutions,
-Ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and monitor sales metrics, ensuring efficient management of client interactions and sales progress.
-WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL CRM MANAGERS
-We want people doing the work but keeping accurate records.
Qualifications
-Must have 5-10 years sales experience
-Strong business development skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations about our products
-Excellent oral and written communication skills along with proven negotiation abilities.
-Membership in ASHRAE and LEED certification is an asset but not required.
-Previous HVAC Experience is an asset but not required.
-Must be a well organized, self-motivated, honest professional.
-Valid drivers license
-Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island)
EDUCATION: Post Secondary education with bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration
or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Comprehensive training provided.
