Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe movement of motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists through temporary work areas by properly using signage, cones, barricades, and Stop/Slow paddles.
- Aid in the placement of signs, cones, and barricades needed for the temporary work zone.
- Coordinate with fellow crew members and the work zone Supervisor to manage traffic flow safely.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant policies, and regulations.
- Report any unsafe conditions, actions, or incidents immediately to your or the work zone Supervisor.
- Perform the additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- You must have a valid TCP and/or TWS accreditation for your province..
- Having a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential; non-compliance may result in termination..
- Background in working on active construction sites with various types of equipment.
- Strong skills in interacting with colleagues and handling documentation.
- Must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extended hours.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding team environment.
- Must have personal transportation to a designated meeting location.
