Our client is looking for a Transition Implementation Manager for a 1 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role - 2-3 days in-office.
Pay rate: $51.38/ Hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5hrs/week

Responsibilities
As a Transition Implementation Manager, your duties will be:
•Supporting and managing transformational changes within the Wealth & Personal Banking business.
•Planning, managing mobilization, driving execution, and supporting change implementation.
•Developing process flows using Visio to support the planning and execution of the project
•Creating launch presentations, project plans, and procedures
•Hosting a Command Centre including facilitating discussion, maintaining contact list, tracking completion of task, managing incoming questions, and documenting questions and decisions
•Anticipating and identifying existing or emerging risks/issues.
•Determining, analyzing, identifying, supporting and execute of improvement plans to drive on time delivery.
•Identifying and recommending innovative solutions that are tempered with common sense
•Preparing effective communications and management of branch capacity calendar
•Providing timely reports on status, actions, risks and issues
•Obtaining stakeholder sign-off for deliverables
Qualifications
•Degree in either of the following – business admin, economics
•2+ years banking experience
•Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Word
•Effective communication and social skills
•Collaborate well with others and believe in an all hands on deck approach
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•High attention to detail with advanced time management and organizational skills
•Ability to remain focused and flexible through changing priorities
•Delivery of large scale complex projects at pace
