Responsibilities
The Unit4 System Administrator and Support Specialist will work in collaboration with our internal IT and Financial System Team and will focus on:
-Configuring the Unit4 Agresso ERP software system, version 7.10.
-Monitoring system performance and ensuring its smooth operation.
-Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise, including but not limited to system errors and malfunctions.
-Providing technical support and training to end-users as needed.
-Maintaining system security and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
-Developing and implementing policies and procedures for system use and maintenance.
-Supporting SQL integration with the ERP system, including the ability to write SQL code for querying, troubleshooting, and integrations.
-Facilitating web service integrations and ensure their proper functioning within the ERP system.
Qualifications
The position requires the following technical qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience working with UNIT4 ERP software system.
-Integrations Experience with Unit4 system.
-Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Experience with system integration and data migration.
-Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualisation technologies.
In addition, this position requires the ability to:
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
-Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
-Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
-Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
-Maintain confidentiality.
