Responsibilities
• Translate conceptual ideas into engaging, user-centered experiences.
• Contribute to the strategic experience design approach for various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and iterate on prototypes using techniques such as sketching, wireframing, and creating interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications
Must Have:
• A degree in design or a related discipline (e.g., industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, human-computer interaction, psychology, etc.).
• Experience in the banking industry
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into effective and engaging customer experiences.
• Proven experience in prototyping using sketching, paper, wireframes, video, or interactive tools.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Excellent organization, logic, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to communicate and present design concepts to diverse audiences and integrate feedback effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with UX research methods and an understanding of human-centered design principles is a plus.
