We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator position in the Hamilton area. This is a full-time permanent position with growth opportunities. While on-site, your responsibilities include processing and overseeing orders for shipping, processing reports, and supporting both the shipping team as well as the warehouse team with ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is highly organized and has strong attention to detail, has experience with EDI, can correspond with both clientele and internal departments promptly, and has the time management skill set to ensure a smooth and efficient process daily.

Responsibilities
- Data entry into the EDI system
- Inventory Invoicing
- Customer Service
- Investigating inventory discrepancies
- Tracking activity of the warehouse
- Running reports
- Assist and support the Shipping office with various administrative and warehouse related tasks
- Inventory cycle counts
- Any other related tasks to assist the entire team in the warehouse
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or administration
- Experience with EDI, SAP or SPS Commerce or any WMS systems is a must-have
- Functional WMS and data entry skills
- Experience with internal systems is an asset
- Willingness to adapt to the tasks of the day, and be able to jump from administrative to warehouse tasks where needed
- Strong ability to investigate errors and discrepancies
- Strong ability to work with a close-knit team
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role and learn the process
- Ability to lift from 10lbs to 35 lbs when needed
- Safety boots required for this position when working in the warehouse
