We have shifts available from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 am and ending at 4:30 pm. You'll be paid $18.02 per hour.
Please note:
- This role requires a reliability clearance, which involves completing fingerprinting.
- You'll be responsible for covering the initial fingerprinting costs, but don't worry, Iron Mountain will reimburse you for this expense after your first month.
- Even though you might receive a job offer quickly, you won't be able to start the role until the clearance is processed, which could take a few days to a few weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Responsibilities
- Ability to use computer systems to track orders and determine the location of boxes
- Ability to operate hand held scanner
- Ability to arrange and select orders containing multiple cartons/boxes filled with paperwork.
- Loading and securely shrinking wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
- Able to manually load packages onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks, using material handling aids as needed.
- Ability to load, operate, and maneuver hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing between 10 to 100 lbs. without assistance for long periods
Qualifications
- 6 Months experience working in a heavy general labor position
- Ability to lift 50lbs consecutively
- Must have full-time availability
- Clear criminal background check and completed Reliability Status (or willingness to acquire)
- Comfortable with physical labor and some data entry
- Must be available long-term (not a seasonal role)
