In this role, you will manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of web content, playing a key part in supporting business objectives through effective web content management and digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will ensure the web presence aligns with business goals, regulatory standards, and optimizes the user experience for Canadian, U.S., and global audiences.
This is a 12 month contract which offers the potential for extension, and requires the successful candidate to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
Content Publishing & Management:
• Manage daily web content updates using Adobe AEM, Tridion CMS, and proprietary tools.
• Use templates, components, and modules to design and build web pages.
• Edit and upload content, including copy, images, video, SEO metadata, ensuring alignment with brand standards and stakeholder feedback.
• Create and manage experience fragments, ensuring proper functionality of personalized and dynamic content blocks.
• Handle digital assets in Adobe Digital Asset Manager, ensuring accuracy and proper tagging.
• Optimize digital assets for both desktop and mobile web performance.
Relationship Management:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess content needs, providing insights based on SEO, UX/UI best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including promotions, remarketing, and on-site personalization.
• Oversee content authoring requests and ensure partners meet business requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and updates in UX/UI and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
• Experience in web publishing, digital content management, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management and task prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
• Preferred: Experience in the banking or finance sector.
