As a Systems Analyst with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
· Translating business strategy into structured solution requirements
· Conducting requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders and technical teams to develop, validate business and system requirements
· Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs
· Facilitating stakeholders' sessions to document current state business process, pain points and design desired future process
· Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
· Assisting in developing and documenting testing strategies and managing testing execution
· Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders
· Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
Qualifications
· Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management for small to medium initiatives
· Experience working in agile teams
· Proven facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the end user needs at top of mind
· Experience with JIRA, confluence and Miro tools, as well as either hiring or learning tools (Avature/Docebo ideal)
