Responsibilities
Daily support for internal company employees as well as external Vendors.
Assistance is provided mainly through written communications.
Providing invoice and payment information from the Oracle ERP system.
Identification and resolution of any issues which may be preventing accurate and timely payment to vendors.
Collaborating with Employees as well as Managers within the Accounts Payable department and internal and external Customers.
Providing support for the analysis of root causes which may prevent the timely and accurate processing of Invoices.
Communication and resolution of the causes with internal client Business Units and Vendor Contacts.
Participate in discussions to provide the best solution to solve the problems as they relate to incoming inquiries,
Ensuring that service level agreements are met.
Qualifications
Experience in high-volume transaction processing in an electronic Accounts Payable environment.
Experience with Oracle ERP system
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Completed post-secondary education (specialty in Business, Accounting, or Finance)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
1-2 years of related work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult Customer inquiries and build/ maintain Customer relationships
Proven time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of documents
Strong attention for detail
