Position: Account Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Mississauga, ON. (Argentia Rd. & Mississauga Rd.)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits +vacation
**Employment Conditions: Must be able to travel to the USA periodically and must be able to provide proof of vaccination**

- Maintaining a portfolio of clients and curating product offerings tailored to their specific needs
- Communicating regularly with clients, acting as the face of the company, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Provide effective recommendations and solutions for customers
- Delivering strong customer service
- Creating and processing quotes
- Identify and monitor market trends, market conditions, competitor actions and customer buying trends
- Using an expert-level understanding of the value of products and services to promote sales
- Liaising with and supporting the sales teams
- Coordinate with various departments (accounting, warehouse, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and logistical support for clients.
- General admin duties: record customer and internal correspondence, create and manage cheque requisitions/purchase orders, log and follow up registrations
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in account management or sales coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (English written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines
- Resourceful and possess the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Expert multi-tasker, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Adaptive, able to work with shifting priorities and manage crises effectively
- Must be able to travel to the USA
