-Drive efficient order fulfillment to optimize distribution timelines.
-Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through rigorous checks, ensuring product availability.
-Execute complex logistics by skillfully routing orders via EDI and Retailer Portals.
-Resolve order routing issues immediately by actively managing open-order files to prevent delays.
-Partner with Sales for weekly performance reviews, targeting continuous improvement in on-time delivery (OTD) metrics.
-Lead issue resolution for compliance deductions and errors, escalating critical problems and supporting dispute claim finalization.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years logistics and operations experience, involving B2B or Large retail accounts
- a proactive approach: solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English and intermediate French
* Knowledge of the English language is required as our client works with their offices in the United States.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
