- Permanent full time Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, flexible working hours
- Negotiable Salary including profit sharing %
- Uncapped Commission

- 2 weeks vacation to start (negotiable) / 5 sick days
- Very flexible environment
- Full training of computer system and tasks
Responsibilities
Sales:
- Generate sales leads by inside sales networking, cold-calling prospects and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy
- Maintain relationships with existing clientele and build business internally
- Serving and following up with new customers and business
Logistics:
- Preparation of operations documents for drivers, invoices, etc.
- Updates/follow ups on transports
- Dispatching of trucks
- Monitor drivers
- Customs duties
- Assisting clients with needs / questions for freight
- Assisting in miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in transport industry in sales for brokerage
- Bilingualism is preferred but open to English with functional French
- Customer service oriented
- Entrepreneurial energy
- Team player
- Positive attitudes
- Organizational skills
